2014 IRS Form 990 Filing

The Internal Revenue Service requires that nonprofit organizations file an annual form describing their financial activities, programs and other information.  We have filed our Form 990, electing to file the full form, to demonstrate our commitment to full disclosure.  The option existed for us to file the 990-N, which is a postcard form, but our management and board concurred that disclosure outweighs ease.

Please be advised this form reflects only the period from our date of incorporation (July 18, 2014) to December 31st, 2014, and is thus a partial year filing.

This is a multipage form. To view all pages, scroll to the bottom of the form and use your cursor to move over the form. A gray bar will appear with page controls. Repeat for each page you wish to view.
