Richard A. Luthmann, Esq.Richard A. Luthmann is pro-bono General Counsel to Autism Citizen, Inc. Mr. Luthmann is an estate planning, asset protection and tax attorney who enjoys using his energy and talents to help several important charitable and community organizations.

Mr. Luthmann is also pro-bono General Counsel to the Giving Hope Network of New Jersey, NYC Arts Cypher, the Staten Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is the Vice President of the Staten Island Economic Development Council’s 40 Under 40 Leadership Group. Mr. Luthmann is also a member of the Richmond County Kiwanis and has served as pro-bono counsel and advisor for the NYC Anti-Violence Project and ACT UP.

Mr. Luthmann, a native of Staten Island, New York, is the founder of The Luthmann Law Firm, PLLC, is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and before the United States Tax Court. Mr. Luthmann is Of Counsel to Menicucci, Villa & Associates, PLLC and to Bosco & Mascolo, Esqs., LLP. He also an advisor to the Rotolo Law Firm in Lebanon, New Jersey.

Mr. Luthmann is a graduate of Columbia University (B.A., cum laude, 2001), New York Law School (J.D., cum laude, Law Review, 2004), and the University of Miami School of Law (LL.M., Estate Planning, 2005). He is a gourmand, and an aficionado of fine cigars and connoisseur of great Scotches.  He is widely known for his dapper appearance and incredible selection of bow ties.

His practice has offices in Iselin, NJ, Staten Island, NY and Midtown Manhattan in New York City.
